　　中新网4月28日电 据贵州省黔南布依族苗族自治州中级人民法院官方微信消息，4月28日，贵州省黔南布依族苗族自治州中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了贵州省公安厅原党委委员、省纪委省监委派驻纪检监察组原组长陈罡受贿、洗钱、非法持有枪支、弹药一案。

　　黔南布依族苗族自治州人民检察院指控：2016年至2023年，被告人陈罡利用担任安顺军分区政治委员，贵州省工商行政管理局党组成员、省纪委派驻纪检组组长，省公安厅党委委员、省纪委省监委派驻纪检监察组组长等职务上的便利，以及利用职权或者地位形成的便利条件，为有关人员在案件处理、混凝土生产资质办理、消防手续办理等事项上提供帮助，非法收受财物共计折合人民币142万余元。2020年4月至2022年5月，陈罡为掩饰、隐瞒50万元受贿款的来源、性质，虚构向他人借、还款的转账事实，伪造借贷关系，转移受贿资金。陈罡还违反枪支、弹药管理规定，非法持有枪支5支、弹药732发。检察机关提请以受贿罪、洗钱罪、非法持有枪支、弹药罪追究陈罡的刑事责任。

　　庭审中，公诉机关出示了相关证据，被告人陈罡及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，陈罡进行了最后陈述并当庭表示认罪认罚。本案将择期宣判。
